Q: What does goldfield mean?
A: is jewelry composed of a solid layer of gold (typically constituting at least 5% of the item's total weight) mechanically bonded to a base of either stearling silver or some base metal. The related terms "rolled gold plate" and "gold overlay" may legally be used in some contexts if the layer of gold constitutes less than 5% of the item's weight. Please keep in mind that they are delicate and must be cared for properly so that they can last a long time.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do with USPS. However, the postal service has currently suspended international shipments to certain countries listed here.

A: Most orders cannot be altered or canceled once they're placed, but contact us and we can try our best!

A: All items are shown in USD. You may use our currency converter shown at the bottom left of our site to convert to your desired currency.

A: Yes, on all domestic (U.S.) orders over $80.

Q: My order was lost/damaged in the mail. What do I do?
A: You may file a claim with USPS here (priority mail only): https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. We do not hold any responsibility for items lost/missing/damaged in the mail, and all claims are the customers' responsibility with the carrier. We do not respond to shipping claims sent to us.
