COVID-19 UPDATE

Claudia Lis Trendy is happy to announce that we are open and still shipping orders daily at this time. Please allow for additional processing and shipping time due to the current COVID-19 climate. The postal service has currently suspended international shipments to certain countries listed here. According to the WHO, "The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low." Our team is taking all safety precautions when handling jewelry and hand fans packaging as well. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and will post any updates on our Instagram (@claudialistrendy).

PROCESSING

✧ Most orders are shipped in 1-3 days. We received so many orders, so please allow up to 10 business days. 
✧ Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for custom orders (applies only for hand fans).
✧ Certain items like pre-order or backorder ones are noted to have extended processing times in their descriptions.
✧ Delays may occur when ordering around promotional sale events and holidays. 
✧ An email with tracking information will be sent to you when your package is shipped out.

✧All items ship worldwide from Puerto Rico.

✧ Shipping is calculated based on weight + location via USPS.

✧ Domestic (within U.S.)

  • First-class: 3-6 days )

  • Priority mail: 2-3 days 

  • Priority mail express: 1-2 days 

✧ International

  • First class: 14-21 days

  • Priority mail: 6-10 days

  • Priority mail express: 3-6 days

✧ Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier. Please choose the priority mail option at checkout for up to $50 insurance in the rare instance that your order is lost, missing, or damaged. You may file a claim with USPS here (priority mail only): https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. All claims are customers' responsibility with the carrier. We do not respond to shipping claims sent to us.

✧ International taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We hold no responsibility.

RETURNS AND EXHANGES

 

✧ All items are final sale due to the custom nature of most items, as well as for sanitary reasons. 

✧ We are not responsible for items damaged in transit or that eventually tarnish or break, because it may occur over time. Please review our jewelry care tips to extend the wear here

✧ We do not offer price matching within our store or others, and coupons can only be applied at the time of purchase.
